Tag was crafted beautifully with attention to details. Unfortunately the delivery service decided to mangle the tag. I contacted the seller, who is an absolute joy to work with, and is willing to replace it. High quality item, I freaking love it. Delivery service, they gotta do better, not the seller's fault at all. Customer service is amazing as fuck. I will happily return time and again.
